Today I was thinking I would do some 400s but then decided to do a tempo instead since i didn't really have a good place to do the 400s. The tempo was just going to be based on how I felt rather hitting  a certain pace. I tried not to look at my watch while I was running. Splits (6:30, 6:34, 6:28, 6:20)

Very nice tempo! Was it windy or had the wind died down by the time you ran?

Very nice tempo Amy! That is so awesome that you were running on feel and not really taxing yourself too hard. Such a good sign of great things to come.

Riley it was windy in some directions I ran. I mostly had the wind at my back.

Thanks Rachelle! Hoping to get back into a training schedule soon.
