Our family is complete with 4 sweet girls. Now it's time for me to shed the weight and get back into running shape for good. I'm ready to work at it again in 2017!

Long-term running goals, Sub 3 hour marathon and 1:20 half marathon.

I'm married to my great husband Riley Cook. He helps me accomplish my running goals. We have 4 daughters Evelyn, Hannah, Nora, and Iris I'm also excited to be running for Utahrunning.com.

Ran with Sariah this morning, legs feeling a little sore. My AP is always a little faster with Sariah AP 7:27.

How on earth did you run that fast pushing your kids? You are my hero! I think my mile PR pushing a jogging stroller is still holding steady at 8:43. ha
