Our family is complete with 4 sweet girls. Now it's time for me to shed the weight and get back into running shape for good. I'm ready to work at it again in 2017!

Long-term running goals, Sub 3 hour marathon and 1:20 half marathon.

I'm married to my great husband Riley Cook. He helps me accomplish my running goals. We have 4 daughters Evelyn, Hannah, Nora, and Iris I'm also excited to be running for Utahrunning.com.

Cold and windy morning in South Weber. I wore some of Riley's fancy running clothes and realize he's had me running in rags. His expensive running clothes completely block out cold it was amazing.

Wow! Completely thrown under the bus on the Internet for all to see!

Truth is I offered to buy her newer running clothes and she said she was fine with what she had!

But now that's she experienced running apparel technology newer than 2005, she realizes what she's been missing.

It looks like we'll be running clothes shopping here soon!

It's amazing how far the running clothes have come along in the last few years. I refuse to run in anything cotton now! Riley, stop hogging the fancy clothes :)
