I'm logging pregnant miles from now until march 8th. Or until it becomes too uncomfortable to run which I hope isn't to soon. This will be my first pregnancy I'm going to try and run during. So if anyone has helpful tips on long distance running and pregnancy I'd love to hear them.

today I ran 2 miles with my nephew who's deciding between soccer and cross country for the fall. The rest of the run I averaged 7:02.

Congrats Amy! I don't have any tips though. I never ran during my pregnancies. But I always admire those who do.

Congrats Amy! So excited for you guys. Good luck with the running through pregnancy. You can do it! I ran Ogden half last year when I was 12 weeks. Just remember not to worry about pace. I feel like when I run while pregnant- it is truly just because I love to run. All other goals are set to the side. Hope you aren't getting too sick. Can't wait to see another little Cook!
