Marathon: 3:19 I ran the Ogden Marathon in May 2009
Short-Term Running Goals:
Our family is complete with 4 sweet girls. Now it's time for me to shed the weight and get back into running shape for good. I'm ready to work at it again in 2017!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Long-term running goals, Sub 3 hour marathon and 1:20 half marathon.
Personal:
I'm married to my great husband Riley Cook. He helps me accomplish my running goals. We have 4 daughters Evelyn, Hannah, Nora, and Iris I'm also excited to be running for Utahrunning.com.
I'm racing a 5k this weekend so I did 5200m worth of work today. I basically didn't know what to do today so, I made up a workout. I did 2x1000 3x800 2x400.
