Workout Wednesday 3x2mile fartlek 6:25 pace/7:25 pace 1:36/1:50. I switch from fast to easier every 400 m.

Set 1: 1:32/1:46, 1:32/1:48, 1:36/1:50, 1:36/1:48 2 min rest

Set 2: 1:34/1:48, 1:35/1:48, 1:33/1:50, 1:35/1:49

The last set I switched and went from slow to fast so I could finish on the fast interval

Set 3: 1:47/1:36, 1:50/1:35, 1:51/1:34, 1:49/1:34

It was hard to get through the last couple 400s, but I'm glad I hit the paces I wanted.

I like this workout, it looks fun. I think I'll do it when I start back with the fast stuff in the spring.

Thanks! This has been a slow process for me. It takes me a long time to come back after having a baby.
