I ran up in Mountain green with Riley and Dave. Not really with them, just went up there with them so I could do a 5 mile tempo to get ready for the Snow Canyon half in a couple weeks. I did two miles flat then I ran uphill on Trappers loop for 5 miles. It was slow and long but when I finally got 5 miles up I started my tempo downhill. I felt good and was happy with the result I feel like I'm ready for the half coming up. Here's my splits for the tempo.

6:56

6:30

6:18

6:16

6:32

I did two more miles after to get a total of 14 miles for my long run.

Fantastic run. This is an encouraging result for Snow Canyon in three weeks.
