I met up with Sariah at Beus pond so we could do our respective workouts. We did a 2 mile warm up on the trails and I decided to run 4x mile repeats. The pace I was trying for was 6:30 with 2:30 rest between each interval. My splits were 6:31, 6:23, 6:26, 6:30. I felt pretty good for the workout but I'm all over the place with pace, I can't seem to lock into anything. 2 mile cool down.
