Goal today: 3-2-2 at 6:38

This was my first attempt at this type of workout. I say "attempt" because it didn't go very well, but I did try at least. The positive take away today is that I am now determined to conquer this workout. I'll try again another day.

Angie met up with me and paced me through the 3 mile set, she was helpful. I felt so heavy today the 3 miles felt really hard. Splits were: 6:36, 6:42, 6:53 took a break and did 2 miles 7:04, 6:45. I ended there. It felt hard and forced. Not the goal I wanted for today, but I'll keep at it.

This is a tough workout. I would do some workouts to build up to this like 2x2 then 3x2 then 2x3 then your workout the go for the ultimate 3x3 getting faster each set:) you are doing so well though coming back from your baby!
