Workout Wednesday. I need to get a more concrete schedule down but today I did a 4 mile tempo and 4x400. Still, very annoyingly cold. The workout was done on the South Ogden tempo course, splits: 6:36, 6:38, 6:41, 6:32. Then rest and 4x400: 79, 84, 84, 85. My first 400 was a little ambitious. Overall my workouts at least show a little improvement each week.
