Short-Term Running Goals:

I had a third daughter in March 2015 and am now trying to work my way back into running shape. I ran through most of my pregnancy and hope I can bounce back quickly. This year will be a building year with some races sprinkled in later in the summer. I'm excited to get back into it again!

Long-Term Running Goals:

Long-term running goals, Sub 3 hour marathon and 1:20 half marathon.

I ran this morning with Sariah for 30 minutes. I was breathing heavily the whole time but its good to run with someone faster then me sometimes. Afterwards katie and sariah met at my house for strenghth training. I'll be sore tomorrow.
