Short-Term Running Goals:
I had a third daughter in March 2015 and am now trying to work my way back into running shape. I ran through most of my pregnancy and hope I can bounce back quickly. This year will be a building year with some races sprinkled in later in the summer. I'm excited to get back into it again!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Long-term running goals, Sub 3 hour marathon and 1:20 half marathon.
I'm married to my great husband Riley Cook. He helps me accomplish my running goals. We have 3 daughters Evelyn, Hannah, and Nora. I'm also excited to be running for Utahrunning.com.
Some days running feels ok, the last two days they haven't. I've felt really heavy but I'm trying my hardest to make it through the rest of the month running everyday, no matter how far it is. 32 weeks.
