My personal best running times all happened in college while running for Weber State.

Marathon: 3:19 I ran the Ogden Marathon in May 2009


Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to run some half marathons, 10ks, and 5ks. My half marathon goal is 1:20. It'll take time and effort on my part, but I really want to accomplish this goal.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Eventullay I would like to run a marathon in under 3 hours. I want to continue to always run so I can stay healthy and happy.

I ended up running an easy 30 minutes instead of 28 minutes, went over by 2 minutes.

More improvement today. I was only going to do 3 miles but I felt good so I added a mile. AP 7:37 picked up the last mile to 6:58. I was going to run every other day this week, except I think I'll run tomorrow and take Friday off. It's my birthday tomorrow and instead of running 28 miles, a mile for every year I've been alive, I'll do 28 minutes.

Every time I've tried running the pain is less and less, today it was almost completely gone. And I was back to my normal stride. AP 7:50
