I did my first workout today since the injury. I wanted to keep it controlled just so I can see how my sciatic will react. I did a 3 mile tempo after a 1.3 mile warm up. Ended with a two mile cool down. 6:44, 6:35, 6:40. I can tell my fitness is down but that's to be expected. Happy with how it felt, sciatic didn't flare up during the run.
