Tonight I went to Beus pond and decided to run 6x800s. I'm kind of randomly picking workouts to run each week. I feel like I can't go wrong with anything, I need it all to get in shape. I was shooting for 6:15 min/mi pace which is 3:08. Ended up with 3:06, 3:07, 3:06, 3:05, 3:05, 3:08. I was definately struggling that last 800 but I'm happy with how it all turned out. I also did about 1:44 jogging rest in between. 2 mile warm up and cool down.
